Accessing Church Notifications

Notifications are an essential part of your church’s administration; they are useful as reminders, to-dos, changes and security of your church’s account on the Gotedo Vineyard Software. Considering that you may not have the luxury of time to check for updates on automations and track changes, Church Notifications come in handy to provide real-time information regarding changes made and actions triggered not just by you, but, by other Church Administrators, as well.

It almost goes without saying that Notifications accord you an omniscient privilege of all the activities on your church’s account. This accounts for why, regardless of the page you are on at any point, the Notifications icon remains atop. The Notifications icon is the bell-like icon (highlighted with the red square in Figure 1 below) in the top-right corner of the Gotedo Vineyard Software.

The figure in the pink circle attached to the Notifications icon (as shown on the screenshot above) is an indicator of the number of notifications that have not been read. For the above screenshot, 20 notifications have not been read. Click on the Notifications icon and the My Notifications page will be opened with all Church Notifications. Another way to access Notifications: On the left sidebar, under the Other Tools section, click on Notifications and the Notifications for your church will be displayed.
