Capturing or Registering Visitors for a Worship Service

By the end of this article, you should:

• Know how to capture or register visitors for a Worship Service.

The Gotedo Vineyard Software provides a means of seamlessly capturing visitors for every Worship Service. Find the steps for creating service visitors below:

1. On the left sidebar, under the Church Administration section, open the Services menu, then click on All Services. The Worship Services page will be displayed.
2. Click directly on the title of the Worship Service for which you want to capture a visitor(s). The Worship Service Dashboard page will be displayed.
3. Click on the menu button (labelled 1 in Figure 1 below) on the right-end of the top of the page, then click on Capture Visitors. See Figure 1 below:

   

4. The Capture Service Visitors form will be displayed. Click on each of the field to enter the required information in each field.
5. Underneath the form is a set of 8 toggle switches, with questions that the Visitor should respond to; turn any or all of them on depending on the nature of your enquiry from the visitor.
6. The content of the last field before the Submit button on the form, is dependent on whether the last toggle switch - Was Invited by a Member?(labelled 1 in Figure 2 below), is turned on or off. If turned off, the required information for the last field will be Full Name of Non-Member who Invited Visitor. However, when the last toggle switch is turned on, the required information for the last field will be Member who Invited Visitor. The last field mentioned here is labelled 2 in Figure 2 below.
7. Click on the Submit button, labelled 3 in Figure 2 below:
