Deleting a Church Position

Deleting a church Position within the Gotedo Vineyard software is an essential task when reorganising or updating your church’s structure. This process helps maintain accurate records and ensure efficient management of church activities. Before deleting a Position, consider the potential impact on assigned members, teams, and reports.

Below is a step-by-step direction on how to delete a Church Position:

1. On the left sidebar, under the Church Administration section, open the Positions menu, then click on All Positions. The page titled All Position will be displayed. This page contains all the church positions registered within your church on the Gotedo Vineyard software.
2. Locate the Position you want to delete and click the menu button underneath the Actions column labelled 1 in Figure 1 below. A list of options will be displayed.
3. From the list of options, click on Delete Position from your Church labelled 2 in Figure 1 below. A dialog titled Confirm Deletion will be displayed.

   

4. On the Confirm Deletion dialog, enter Delete in the field provided, then click the Delete button to complete the process.
